Patrick Headon, Managing Director Wolseley UK

Patrick was appointed Managing Director of Wolseley UK in May 2015. He joined Wolseley in 2012 and was appointed Managing Director of Wolseley Central Europe in 2013. Prior to joining Wolseley he held the position of CEO at Switcher SA, the Swiss clothing brand. From 2005 to 2009, Patrick was Business Development Director at eBay International. Prior to that he spent eight years in the beverage industry in general management positions for Diageo plc.

Keith Dorling, Managing Director Infrastructure

Keith joined the business in February 2014. He has extensive executive-level experience with a proven track record of driving market expansion and revenue growth for the businesses he has led. His previous roles include Managing Director, Civil Government at Interserve, and Regional Director for the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Baltics and Benelux for Johnson Controls.

Vanessa French, General Counsel

Vanessa was appointed General Counsel of Wolseley UK in March 2013, and is responsible for legal and company secretarial matters. Vanessa is an experienced lawyer, and has worked in both private practice and in-house.

Rob Gladwin, Chief Trading Officer

Rob joined Wolseley UK in May 2012, helping to drive the company’s ambitious growth strategy and ensure it achieves its aim of becoming merchant of choice for customers and suppliers.

Sally-Anne Griffiths, HR Director 

Wolseley UK HR Director, Sally-Anne Griffiths, is responsible for driving and delivering the people change agenda.

She joined Wolseley UK in 2013 and was Head of HR Operations prior to her appointment to HR Director in February 2016.

Sally-Anne has previously held numerous senior level roles throughout her extensive career in HR, working across sectors including leisure and hospitality, retail and travel.

Louise Hancox, Chief Financial Officer

  

Louise Hancox became Wolseley UK’s Chief Financial Officer in August 2016.  She joined Wolseley UK in 2012 as Director of Central Finance and most recently was Finance Director of its Plumbing and Heating Division.

Louise is a highly experienced commercial finance director who has held senior roles at organisations including Alliance-Boots and Celesio AG.  

Jeremy Maxwell, Chief Digital Officer

Jeremy was appointed Chief Digital Officer in September 2017 after joining Wolseley UK as Multichannel Director in 2014. His extensive marketing, eCommerce and multichannel experience at senior board level includes roles at Kingfisher, where he was Group Strategy Director and at Mothercare, where he was Group Multichannel Director on the Executive Board. He has also held the position of Marketing and eCommerce Director at Screwfix, where he was responsible for the company’s award-winning website.

Liz Moseley, Chief Customer Officer

Liz joined Wolseley UK in the newly-created position of Chief Customer Officer, a position which underlines our commitment to customer focus now and in the future. Liz is a highly-accomplished board level business leader with a wealth of experience, nationally and internationally, across varied business sectors including retail, office and industrial. She comes to us with a strong track record and a passion for inspiring business success and transformation by focusing on delighting the customer. Liz has a unique ability to create a strategic vision and lead it through to execution. Most recently as Vice President Contract Sales and Country Manager UK/Ireland at Office Depot, Liz has also held a variety of board level roles at Acco Brands and 3M, where she was pivotal in leading significant business turnaround and change.

David Myers, Sales Director

David joined as Sales Director in November 2016 to lead the sales team across Wolseley UK. He brings with him a wealth of national and international experience in EMEA, USA and Asia. Most recently David was Sales and Marketing Director of FTSE 100 company Aggreko. Headquartered in Scotland Aggreko is the world’s largest power generation company and a major supplier of temperature control equipment. He has driven ambitious business strategies in support of change management at Dell, and has held senior sales and marketing roles at director level at IBM. He was Regional Managing Director at Tyco.

Paul Turner, Strategy Director

Paul Turner is responsible for the strategic direction of Wolseley UK and future business opportunities. He joined Wolseley UK in 2008, and most recently Paul led the successful acquisition of Burdens and the strategic alignment of the Burdens and Drain Center businesses. He is a qualified accountant.

Andy Wighton, Chief Operations Officer

Andy was appointed as Chief Operations Officer in 2016 and is responsible for the Wolseley UK branch network across Plumb, Parts, Drain, Pipe and Climate Centers, William Wilson and Integrated Services, as well as our Logistics and Inventory management.

Andy joined the organisation in 2003 and has extensive UK and international experience within Wolseley Group companies, most recently as Managing Director, Pipe Center and Climate Center. Other senior roles include Wolseley Group’s Commercial Director, Chief Operating Officer at Wolseley Canada, (a $1.4bn turnover company) and prior to that, Finance Director of Wolseley UK’s Plumbing and Heating businesses.
