Nigel Sibley

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Nigel joined Wolseley in October 2005 from the Rank Group, and managed the acquisition and integration of Brandon Hire. He was promoted to managing director in October 2006.

Matt Neville

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Matt joined the company in May 2001 from Price Waterhouse Coopers. As well as maintaining overall responsibility for the provision of financial information, and corporate mergers and acquisitions, he leads a head office team providing finance, treasury, sales ledger and purchase ledger support to the businesses.

Ian Tillotson

DIRECTOR

Ian was one of the three founder directors of HRPC (Heating Replacement Parts & Controls) in 1975 and became Managing Director in 1993. Ian became a director of Wolseley UK in 2004, and is responsible for many projects, including the development of the Electric Center and the William Wilson plumbing and heating businesses. Ian is also responsible for Sector Sales and Business Improvement.

Bob Mason

HR DIRECTOR

Bob joined Wolseley UK with considerable experience from BT and London Underground. He has overall responsibility for all HR functions, ensuring that HR underpins the company's ambitious growth plans.

Mark Eburne

DIRECTOR

Mark joined Wolseley UK in October 2006 from National Grid Metering, where he was chief operating officer. Mark is responsible for Wolseley Ireland, which incorporates Brooks and Heat Merchants, for Brandon Hire and for specialist insulation business Encon. Mark is also responsible for the company's location strategy.

Steve Ashmore

MANAGING DIRECTOR - PLUMB CENTER AND PARTS CENTER

Steve is responsible for driving the profitability and growth of Wolseley UK's Plumb Center and Parts Center businesses.

Paul Gordon

MANAGING DIRECTOR - BUILD CENTER AND DRAIN CENTER

Paul is responsible for driving the profitability and growth of Wolseley UK's Build Center and Drain Center businesses.

Tony Morris

MANAGING DIRECTOR - PIPE CENTER AND CLIMATE CENTER

Tony is responsible for driving the profitability and growth of Wolseley UK's Pipe Center and Climate Center businesses.

Graham Middlemiss

COMPANY SECRETARY AND SOLICITOR

Graham heads the legal services department and is secretary to the Leadership Team. He is Company Secretary for Wolseley UK and for Wolseley Ireland.
