Steve Ashmore
MANAGING DIRECTOR - WOLSELEY UK
Steve was appointed Managing Director of
Wolseley UK in May 2010 and is responsible for the growth and profitability of the UK business.
He joined Wolseley UK in 2005 and most recently
was Managing Director of the UK’s Heavyside division.

Matt Neville
MANAGING DIRECTOR - DEVELOPMENT BUSINESSES
Matt was appointed Managing Director of the Development Businesses - BCG, Brandon Hire, Electric Center, Bathstore - in June 2010.
He joined the company in April 2001 from PricewaterhouseCoopers as Finance Director.
Since then, he has been responsible for a number of business functions including HR,
Sourcing and Health & Safety.

Keith Jones
MANAGING DIRECTOR - PLUMB, PARTS, WILLIAM WILSON
Keith was appointed to his current role in June 2010.
He joined Wolseley as a management trainee and progressed through the lightside businesses before being appointed to the UK executive team in 1986.

Dean Fradgley
MANAGING DIRECTOR - PIPE AND CLIMATE
Dean was appointed Managing Director of the Pipe and Climate businesses in June 2010.
He joined Wolseley UK in November 2007 as Trading Director for Climate Center.
Prior to that, Dean worked for 20 years with a number of blue chip companies,
including J Sainsbury, Kingfisher and B&Q. At B&Q he was Head of Trade.

Paul Turner
MANAGING DIRECTOR - BUILD, DRAIN AND ENCON
Paul was appointed to his current role in June 2010 and is responsible for the strategy, growth and profitability of Build Center, Drain Center and Encon.
He joined the company in 2008 as
Commercial Director for the Heavyside Division with a focus on marketing,
product management and commercial strategy.
Paul previously worked in financial services for Barclaycard and US Bank Corp,
as well as working for 6 years in hotels and
restaurants for Whitbread and Mitchells and Butlers.
He started his career as a finance trainee for British American Tobacco
and qualified as an accountant in 1990.

Derek Harding
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Derek was appointed Finance Director in June 2010.
He joined Wolseley UK from Wolseley plc,
where he was Director of Investor Relations and Group Strategy.
Derek joined Wolseley plc in 2002 as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Tony Morris
MANAGING DIRECTOR - FUTURE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Tony was appointed to his current role in June 2010.
He was previously responsible for driving the profitability and growth of
Wolseley’s UK Commercial and Industrial division.
Tony joined the company in 1999 following the acquisition of British Fittings,
where he was Managing Director.

Graham Middlemiss
GENERAL COUNSEL
Graham is responsible for the provision of legal services to Wolseley UK, managing a small team of commercial lawyers and the debt recovery legal team.
He joined Wolseley UK as Company Secretary and Solicitor in 2004.
In November 2009 Graham took on additional management responsibility for the health and safety, environment and quality teams.

Karen Finn
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Karen is responsible for HR across all the Wolseley UK businesses,
managing an HR Business Partner structure and a shared service centre.
Prior to her current appointment in November 2009, she was HR Operations Director for Wolseley UK.
Karen started her career at Wolseley in 2007 as HR Director for Bathstore. |
