QUALITY POLICY

 
 
  • It is the policy and objective of Wolseley UK (the company) to provide a quality service to it’s customers which meets the contractual requirements of their orders.

    The Company seeks to continually improve all aspects of its business by agreeing a total quality environment from its suppliers, through stocking and distributing to its customers.

    All employees are made fully aware of their responsibilities in understanding, implementing and maintaining this policy by following the procedures documented in the Quality Manual, the Systems and Accounting Manual and the Manager’s Administration Manual.

    The Company does not provide lot traceability unless specified in contract.

    All systems and procedures are defined to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002.
