Wolseley UK has netted two ‘Supplier of the Year’ awards from leading construction companies.

Wolseley UK has been named ‘Supply Chain Partner of the Year’ by MITIE at its second annual awards ceremony. It has been a preferred supplier to MITIE for nearly 18 months, and was nominated by 150 Directors at MITIE. Wolseley UK and its Account Manager, Andy Dobing, were credited for driving down procurement costs and providing expert advice and information on purchases.

Wolseley UK has also scooped the ‘Supplier of the Year Award’ at George Wimpey's ‘South Yorkshire 2006 Awards’. Four Plumb Center branches in South Yorkshire pipped over thirty other companies to the prize, having jointly supplied materials to the leading housebuilder for over three years.
