Wolseley UK has won a £1 million contract to supply sanitaryware, ironmongery and air conditioning products to national hotelier Folio Hotels.

The contract will support an 18-month revamp of 1,000 rooms across Folio’s UK network of three and four star hotels, with the majority of products to be sourced from Wolseley UK’s high quality and price competitive own brand ‘Nabis’ product series.  It will also include products from the Dryad architectural ironmongery range, as well as well known brands such as Grohe and Samsung.

Wolseley UK has played a key role in supporting the specification for the revamp, and helped devise a technical manual for the refit programme, the latest investment by Folio in its hotels, aimed at ensuring that they meet the high standards demanded by customers.
