Wolseley UK, the country’s leading plumbing and heating distributor, has appointed Sally-Anne Griffiths as HR Director.

She joined Wolseley UK in 2013 and prior to her appointment was Head of HR Operations where she launched the company’s new resourcing model and significantly increased flexible working across the business.

Before joining Wolseley UK, she held a number of senior HR roles across a range of sectors including leisure and hospitality, retail and travel. 

Sally-Anne said: “I’m very excited to assume the HR Director role and step into a leadership position at such an exciting time for the company.  My priority is to further establish Wolseley UK as an employer of choice and develop, enhance and grow our training and development opportunities.”
