Choose to collect your order from any of our branches, with our two great options: Click & Collect and Reserve & Collect.
If your products are all in stock, then we can have your order ready in as little as 60 minutes. We’ll text you to let you know as soon as it is ready, which may be even quicker.
This service is a great option when you need parts in a hurry to complete your job, saving you a phone call to the branch to check stock, and giving you peace of mind that what you need will be waiting for you at the counter on your arrival. We’ve got thousands of parts in stock, so we’re confident you’ll be able to find what you are looking for.
If all the products in your order are in stock today, you’ll be advised that this option is available to you in your basket. Once your order is placed, the branch will send you a text to let you know it’s ready to collect, all within 60 minutes, or even sooner if we can.
When you get to the branch, go directly to the Click & Collect Pick Up Point to collect your order.
To check whether a product is available to collect today use the 'Check Stock Availability' button on the product pages.
If all the products in your basket are available in your selected branch today, you will see this red information box – just place your order, and we'll do the rest.
When your order is ready to collect, we'll send you a text to let you know.

Why doesn’t my order qualify for Click & Collect?+-
All the products in your basket must be in stock at your chosen branch for us to be able to offer this service. We are working on being able to split orders online, but for now you will need to place separate orders to collect the products in stock and order those that aren’t.
Is Click & Collect available in all branches?+-
At the moment we are unable to offer our Click & Collect in 60 minutes service to our customers in Jersey, Northern Ireland or from our Pipe branches.
What happens after I have placed my order?+-
You will receive a confirmation and collection instructions email. Then your chosen branch will send you a text once your order is ready for collection. Please note: if you come to collect your order before you receive the text from chosen branch, you may have to wait whilst we get your products.
How do I know where to collect my order?+-
You will find all the information you need about collecting your order in the email and text that will be sent to you. Also, we have a Click & Collect Pick Up Point signage in branch so that it’s easy for you to find.
Do I collect my large order from inside the branch?+-
Yes, please come to the usual Pick Up Point so we know you have arrived, and we will help you from there.
What do I need to bring when collecting my order?+-
You will need to bring your order number and ID to the collection point.
Is Click & Collect free?+-
Our Click & Collect service is free for all our customers.
What happens if I am unable to collect my order?+-
Your order will be available in store for a maximum of 7 days. After this, the order will be placed back in stock and you’ll be refunded immediately. If you wish to cancel and/or amend your order, please get in touch with the branch as soon as you can.
Can someone else collect on my behalf?+-
For someone to collect your order on your behalf, they must have the order confirmation email and text message forwarded from you ‘who placed the order’. Also, they must bring a valid form of ID such as a driving licence or passport.

Our Reserve & Collect service allows you to order items that we don’t normally have in branch stock and pick them up as soon as the next day. You can even pick up different parts of your order as you need them, meaning you can get back to your job knowing your parts will be waiting for you when you need them.

In your basket, select 'Collect' to see from which date you can go to collect your order from the selected branch.
Go to your selected branch on the indicated day and pick up your order.
