Charges

The cost of using the Out of Hours emergency service is currently:

Standard Call Out Charge: £75 minimum (per callout)

Standard Delivery Charge: £125 minimum (per shipment)

Normally, the required goods will be available for collection from a specific branch location.

What to do?

  • 1. Dial the special Out of Hours hotline number: 08445 000 000

  • 2. Please give the following information to the operator:

  • Your full name
    Your company name and address
    Telephone number (where we can contact you)

  • 3. The operator will then contact our member of staff on duty. They will call you back immediately to confirm…

  • a) We are responding to your request;
    b) The details of your requirements;
    c) The time that the goods will be available for collection;
    d) The location of the branch where the goods can be collected.
    e) If you wish is to deliver to site, the location for delivery.

  • 4. If there is no reply to your initial call within 30 minutes, please re-dial the Out of Hours hotline number.

  • Please note – for emergency use only

  • The Out of Hours hotline number should only be used emergency requirements out of normal opening hours.
