Throughout COVID-19 the majority of our branches remained open, ensuring customers could help to keep the UK operating during these unprecedented times.

 

We’re now focused on re-opening our trade counter doors, with the majority back open in the coming week. We’ve put together a short video highlighting the changes you can expect to see.

 

Here are a few things to be aware of:

 
  • As trade counters re-open, branches are returning to their standard opening hours. They will however remain closed on Saturdays for the time-being. You can access up-to-date opening hours here.

  • Please do be mindful of our social distancing guidance and wear a face covering when visiting our branches.

  • Although contactless payment is preferred, once a trade counter is open we will accept cash where that is not possible.

  • We can now accept customer returns, with safety guidance in place for our colleagues to follow. To ensure we can follow Government guidance please either contact the branch, or your sales contact, to discuss the returns requirements in advance of returning products to a branch.

  • A very small number of branches remain temporarily closed and these are detailed here.
 

The Wolseley customer support centre continues with its current hours (7.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday and 10am to 1pm Sunday). The website remains open 24-7 and our Distribution Centres continue to operate safely to fulfil all orders.
