The compact Teddington KBT1000 fire valve test unit eliminates the need for jugs of hot water to test the operation of fire valves at installation and during servicing. Housed in a tough, flame-retardant ABS box, this handy unit provides stress-free, safe and easy testing, saving on time and offering higher levels of reliability than commonly used testing methods. Test temperatures are set by simply rotating the temperature control to the setting of the fire valve (usually 65 or 90°C) then the valve sensor is inserted into a tube built into the test box before switching on for a fast, accurate test.
