Suitable for use in hot and chilled water systems, this Victaulic 114.3 x 114.3mm double regulating and commissioning valve (DRV) provides hydronic balance between the circuits of the system and performs pre-setting, measuring, isolating, filling and draining functions. The calculated flow rate or pressure loss for individual pipes is pre-set and regulated centrally with the selected pre-setting read off two scales, a basic setting longitudinal scale and a fine setting peripheral scale. This pre-setting can be reproduced by opening the valve until stop is reached and two threaded ports equipped with pressure test points allow for the measuring of differential pressure.
