We continue to make further adjustments to our operations so that we can focus on supporting customers for essential maintenance in hospitals, nursing homes, supermarkets, schools, homes and utilities, all critical to the operational stability of the UK.
As such we are temporarily suspending our returns policy.
This will be reinstated as soon as our branches fully re-open. Our priority is to operate our branch network in a way that prioritises and protects customer and colleague safety.
When we do reinstate the policy, any goods invoiced from 23rd February 2020 will be honoured from 21 days of reinstating the returns policy as per our standing terms and conditions.
