Ways to pay

Online banking

You can use your bank's online banking service to make a payment on your Wolseley account.

You can pay by making a secure online payment or by BACS. This is the quickest and most efficient way to pay your account and many bank accounts have their own mobile app so making payments on the go is easy!

Login to your online banking service. You will need our banking details:

  • Our bank sort code – 30-00-02
  • Our bank account number – 00340737
  • Our bank account name – Wolseley UK Ltd

Important: make sure you insert your Wolseley account number into the reference field when you make the payment.

You can send your remittance advice by email to credit.bacs@wolseley.co.uk or by fax to 0344 833 6820

By debit or credit card

You can make an account payment over the phone using your debit or credit card by calling our support centre on:

Now accepting American Express card payments

By post

We are temporarily unable to process payments by post due to the closure of our support centre during the current government restrictions. If you usually make payment by post please can you make alternative arrangements to pay by bank transfer, debit or credit card.

At your local branch

You can also make a payment over the counter at your local branch. Find your nearest branch.

Please note if making a payment by BACS please allow 3 working days for this to reach us.

Please quote your account number on all payments and remittances.

Please note that we will never contact you by email to inform you of a change of our bank details.

If you do receive any form of correspondence notifying you of a change of bank account details please do not reply and immediately contact our Accounts Receivable team at Ripon via the main switchboard (01765 690 690).
