You can use your bank’s online banking service to make a payment on your Wolseley account.
You can pay by making a secure online payment or by BACS. This is the quickest and most efficient way to pay your account and many bank accounts have their own mobile app so making payments on the go is easy!
Login to your online banking service. You will need our banking details:
Important: make sure you insert your Wolseley account number into the reference field when you make the payment.

We are temporarily unable to process payments by post due to the closure of our support centre during the current government restrictions. If you usually make payment by post please can you make alternative arrangements to pay by bank transfer, debit or credit card.

Our branches are currently operating a no contact policy and it is therefore not possible to pay in person at branch. You can pay over the phone by debit or credit card at branch or via our online support centre.
Please note if making a payment by BACS please allow 3 working days for this to reach us.
Please quote your account number on all payments and remittances.
Please note that we will never contact you by email to inform you of a change of our bank details.
If you do receive any form of correspondence notifying you of a change of bank account details please do not reply and immediately contact our Accounts Receivable team at Ripon via the main switchboard (01765 690 690).
