You can use your bank's online banking service to make a payment on your Wolseley account.
You can pay by making a secure online payment or by BACS. This is the quickest and most efficient way to pay your account and many bank accounts have their own mobile app so making payments on the go is easy!
Login to your online banking service. You will need our banking details:
Important: make sure you insert your Wolseley account number into the reference field when you make the payment.
You can send your remittance advice by email to email@example.com or by fax to 0344 833 6820
You can make an account payment over the phone using your debit or credit card by calling our Online Support Centre on:

Please note there is a 2.0% surcharge on credit card payments. The amount of this surcharge may be revised by written notice to you, including by announcements on our website from time to time.
TIP: Remember – to avoid the surcharge on credit card payments, pay your account via your bank’s online banking service.

Please note if making a payment by BACS please allow 3 working days for this to reach us.
Please quote your account number on all payments and remittances.
Please note that we will never contact you by email to inform you of a change of our bank details.
If you do receive any form of correspondence notifying you of a change of bank account details please do not reply and immediately contact our Accounts Receivable team at Ripon via the main switchboard (01765 690 690).
