Who is eligible to join RenewablesPro?

RenewablesPro is open to all individuals aged 18+ who have access to a Wolseley trade account.

Is there a cost to signing up to RenewablesPro?

RenewablesPro is free to join for eligible users.

How do I access the project tracking hub?

The project tracking hub can be accessed from the RenewablesPro dashboard. To track your live projects, you will need to sign-up and login using the email associated with your Wolseley trade account.

I’ve signed up to the hub, but can’t see my projects – why is this?

Projects are linked to the email address that is associated with your Wolseley trade account. To view your projects in the hub, make sure you use the same email address for your Wolseley account and the hub. If you have any problems once signed up, reach out to the team at [email protected].

Why do I need to sign up/login to the hub after already signing in to RenewablesPro?

The hub currently operates in a separate browser to RenewablesPro, and right now your Wolseley trade account details are not automatically transferred through. We're working on this, but for now please make sure your email address for the hub and Wolseley trade account match.

How do I leave RenewablesPro?

You may leave RenewablesPro at any point – all you need to do is contact Renewables Centre via the following email address [email protected].

Is there a RenewablesPro app?

You can access RenewablesPro via the Wolseley Plumb Centre app.

Are the benefits available to all members?

Most RenewablesPro benefits are available to all registered users. However, some services and features may be subject to additional eligibility criteria, location restrictions or specific terms. For example, certain services like service and maintenance may require additional opt in steps before they can be accessed. How do I get started with RenewablesPro?

Simply log in to your Wolseley trade account and complete the online registration. Once registered, you’ll be able to access RenewablesPro through your account.

What if I have access to more than one Wolseley trade account – do I need to register separately for each one?

No. You only need to register once for RenewablesPro. Once registered, you can access the scheme through any Wolseley trade account that you are authorised to use. If you have access to multiple accounts, separate registration is not required for each one.

Can multiple people from the same business join?

Yes. RenewablesPro is an individual membership rather than a trade account membership. Each person must register separately, even if they share access to the same Wolseley trade account.

What should I do if I’m having trouble accessing RenewablesPro or one of its features?
