Why am I not able to access service and maintenance, I am signed up to RenewablesPro?
Service and maintenance is optional and needs to be enabled separately. To access it, the account administration on your Wolseley trade account must opt your Wolseley trade account into the service and maintenance offering. Once opted in, you will be welcomed aboard by Hometree, who will share a helpful guide to get you started along with your unique referral code.
Do I need to manage the service plans myself?
No, the service and maintenance is carried out by Hometree who will assign their own engineers to carry out the work. All you need to do to benefit is have a homeowner successfully sign up using your referral code!
I cannot access my referral code and/or QR code, who should I contact?
Please send your support queries to the team at [email protected] who will be able to assist with your issue.
How do I refer a customer?
You must provide your referral code to the customer at the point they sign up to an eligible service plan. Referral codes must be provided by the customer at the point of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Will I automatically receive credit for every referral?
No. Credit is only applied where all eligibility criteria are met, including confirmation from Hometree that the referral resulted in a qualifying purchase and any applicable cooling-off period has passed.
Is service and maintenance available everywhere?
Service and maintenance is currently available in mainland UK and Northern Ireland (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
How does service and maintenance work if I have access to more than one Wolseley trade account?
Each Wolseley trade account has its own referral code for you to share with customers. Please make sure you use the correct code when referring a customer, as referrals cannot be reassigned later.
